POST-EVENT PICKUP PREP
when you just want to go home, we're there to help
Wouldn’t it be great to just go home after the show closes? But wait, you’re in charge…
- Did you fill out the “Material Handling” documents?
- When will the empty cargo containers be brought back to the booth area?
- Are the crates going to get shipping labels applied?
I guess it’s safe to say you can leave once the I&D (Installation and Dismantle) company arrives to start packing up your exhibit. You should be able to trust that they will get a cargo manifest filled out and the Material Handling paperwork turned in. Hope so…
This is where TLC-Expo shines. We’ll be at the show “before it closes” to help you with getting the paperwork filled out properly. We know that there’s no point in having to wait around because everything will come together in due time. We also know that if we don’t keep a sharp eye, things can go wrong. Sometimes even in a malicious way.
No worries — we are always watching out for our customers.
THE RIGHT CARRIER
Based on our experience with various carriers, we know which carriers are best suited for tradeshow shipments.
Our shipping quotes can be used for accurate budgeting. We are careful to provide shipping quotes that consider all aspects of shipping, providing an assurance of no surprises on the final invoice.
MINIMIZED WAIT time
We carefully manage driver check-in scheduling to minimize detention time at tradeshow venues and negotiate with carriers for allowances on waiting time.
We are available 24/7. Our customers have our mobile phone numbers to address any concerns.
We assist our customers in planning shipment schedules to meet deadlines and take advantage of show contractor discounts.
BILLS OF LADING
We are often at the shows to supervise the loading and assist our customers with exhibitor paperwork.
We will cover the cost of freight recovery if a shipment is forced because a driver failed to check-in on time.
